Most frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Our reservation process is very simple. Select or enter the number of guests, and arrival and departure dates. Click the Search button.  A list of available room types and their rates will appear on the screen. After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the room information by clicking the Book button shown on the bottom of the desired room type. After you have selected your desired room types, press the Continue button on the right side of the screen. Finally, fill your contact and credit card information on the booking detail form and submit your booking by clicking the Complete Booking button. If further correspondence is necessary prior to confirming the reservation,  we will reply back to you with an email within 24 hours.

Reservation requests are usually confirmed real time and secure immediately payment is done. 

For online bookings made through the Hotel website, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a deposit equivalent to the first night room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking.

Unless full length of stay has been prepaid, the Hotel requires a deposit for remaining room charges upon check-in.

All reservation requests are usually confirmed real time and secure immediately payment is done. Additionally, all complete reservations will be followed up with a booking confirmation email along with a Reference Number.

You may view your reservation using the View Reservations link. Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your request. For fastest service, please include your "Reference Number" which you will receive after you submit your booking.

Cancellation fees are calculated over agreed total program cost

  • If cancellation is notified in writing 7 or more days in advance no cancellation fee is applied
  • If cancellation is notified in writing 3 to 7 days in advance 50% of the total amount fee is applied
  • If cancellation is notified in writing with less than 3 days in advance 100% of the total amount is applied

If cancellation is not notified in writing 100% of the total amount will be charged to the deposit.

Partial Cancellation of rooms and services is only possible upon prior agreement with the hotel. All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing to the hotel manager.

In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.
